Speaker

The Speaker leads CASA’s weekly meetings, ensuring they are run smoothly, efficiently, and in an unbiased manner. They prepare and distribute the weekly meeting agenda in advance, guide discussions using Robert’s Rules of Order, and maintain in-depth knowledge of CASA’s Constitution to ensure all procedures and decisions follow proper governance.

CHIEF RETURNING OFFICER (CRO)

The Chief Returning Officer oversees CASA’s election process from start to finish. They plan and execute elections, ensure compliance with SCLD guidelines and CASA’s Constitution, and uphold fairness and transparency throughout the electoral process.

Council Administrator

The Council Administrator supports CASA behind the scenes by taking accurate meeting minutes, tracking attendance, and recording key discussions and decisions. They help maintain organized records and ensure council operations run smoothly and efficiently throughout the year.

Winters COllege council representative

The Winters College Council Representative serves as a bridge between CASA and Winters College Council. They attend meetings for both councils and help maintain communication, collaboration, and shared initiatives between the two arts communities.
